Agnes next married Adam HEPBURN 2nd Earl of Bothwell, son of Sir Patrick HEPBURN of Dunsyre, 2nd Lord Hailes, 1st Earl of Bothwell and Margaret GORDON, 28 August 1511 or soon after.2 (Adam HEPBURN 2nd Earl of Bothwell was born about 1492 2 and died on 9 September 1513 in Battle of Flodden Field, Northumberland, England 2.)

"On 27 August 1511 he had a Crown charter of grant and confirmation of vast estates in the shires of Edinburgh, Berwick, Roxburgh, Dumfries, Kirkcudbright, and Lanark, and of the offices of Sheriff of Edinburgh, antl of Edinburgh within the Constabulary of Haddington, and of Berwick ; Bailie of Lauderdale, and Admiral of Scotland ; all which had been held by his father. Agnes next married Alexander HOME 3rd Lord Home, Great Chamberlain of Scotland, son of Alexander HOME 2nd Lord Home and Nichola KER, before February 1514.3 4 (Alexander HOME 3rd Lord Home, Great Chamberlain of Scotland was born about 1487 and died on 8 October 1516 3.). The cause of his death was execution for high treason.
