Catherine Kelly was just 9 months old when recorded by the 1891 census. She lived with her parents at Annfield Place Blantyre, the town where she was born. In all likelihood she was named for her maternal grandmother.
In 1901 the census recorded Catherine as 10 years old and a scholar. She had been born in Blantyre.
On the last day of the year 1910, a Catherine Kelly was a witness at the marriage of Catherine Lynch, daughter of Elizabeth Cavanagh - it was probably this Catherine Kelly.
When Catherine Corrigan died in 1977 she was a widow aged 86 years. Her son gave notice of her death. 1 2
