   Cause of his death was pulmonary tuberculosis.

   Another name for Patrick was McNAIRNEY, Patrick.1

  General Notes:

The 1901 census for Coatbridge recorded Patrick McNairney as aged 3 years and born in Coatbridge. He was a scholar.

When Patrick died in 1949, his death certificate recorded him as 'Patrick McNairney formerly Patrick McInearny'. It went on to describe him as having been a single man who worked as an engineer's labourer. He was recorded as aged 51 years and having been resident at 6 Oxford Street Coatbridge. 1

  Medical Notes:

J. Inglis Walker MB ChB (Edinburgh) certified the cause of death.

Helen McInearny, Patrick's niece, of 6 Oxford Street Coatbridge, notified the registrar at Coatbridge, Gregor Grant, on November 8 1949.
