   Another name for Alexander was DUFF, Al. of Bracco.⁴

  General Notes:

Al. Duff of Braco was a witness at the baptism of Jean, son of James Gordon of Ardmeallie, at Marnoch in 1684. ⁴

Alexander married Margaret GORDON, daughter of Sir William GORDON 7th of Lesmoir, 4th Baronet of Lesmoir and Margaret LEARMONTH, in 1678. (Margaret GORDON was born about 1650 and died in 1721.)

  Marriage Notes:

"Alexander Duff of Braco, born 1652, died in December 1705; he married, in 1678, Margaret Gordon of Lesmoir, who died 1721."
