The 1841 census recorded Isabel Lynes living with her husband, Arthur, at 20 Queen Street, Paisley. She was in the age range 75-79 years, and had been born in Ireland. Isabel was noted as being 'assistant', presumably to Arthur as shoemaker, in the occupation column.

Fr William Caven was the priest who baptised the child.

Isabella married Arthur LINESS about 1789. (Arthur LINESS was born in 1762 in Ireland ² and died in February 1842 in St Mirin's RC Chapel, Paisley, Renfrewshire, Scotland.)
