HELEN IRVINE

It is claimed that a woman by the same name of the Drum family married Alexander Walker, provost of Aberdeen. Whether this woman or the other were "of Drum" is still unclear.

Helen married Alexander GORDON of Dorlaithers, Jacobite 1745, son of George GORDON of Dorlaithers and Barbara MACKENZIE of Ardloch, on 29 May 1729 in Saint Nicholas parish, Aberdeen, Scotland.¹ (Alexander GORDON of Dorlaithers, Jacobite 1745 was born about 1705 and died on 2 June 1763 ^{2 3}.)
