In her death certificate of 1948 Susan McCrimmon was recorded as "married to Kenneth McCrimmom Ploughman". She was also recorded as being 57 years old. Her parents were deceased. Kenneth McCrimmon, widower, who had been present where his wife's death occurred, gave notice of her death on 15 November 1948. ²
