  General Notes:

When Annie was born in 1900, her father Patrick gave notice of her birth before the registrar, Hugh MacMillan, at Blantyre on 27 September 1900. The date and place of his marriage were recorded in the birth certificate as 12 July 1896 at Blantyre

Ann, aged 6 months, was the youngest child in her family as recorded by the 1901 census for Blantyre, the town where she had been born.

Annie Cavanagh died in 1959, a single woman. Her recorded age at death was 58 years. Both of her parents were then deceased. 1 2 3

  Medical Notes:

Henry Church MB ChB saw Annie after her death.

William Cavanagh, Annie's brother, who had been present where she died, gave notice of her death before the registrar at Blantyre on 28 January 1959. 1
