  General Notes:

Annie was only 1 year old when she and her family were recorded by the US Census in 1880. They lived in Oregon State, where Annie had been born; Oak Point in the county of Columbia.

In 1900 Walter J. Stacy and Lula J. Stacy, along with Nannie Quigley, Lula's sister, were recorded by the US Census living in Rainier, Columbia, Oregon. Walter was recorded as born in May 1861 in England, Lula as July 1871 in Oregon, and Nannie as in March 1879 in Oregon. Walter was a plumber, and Nannie was a servant.

The obituary of her father John in 1926 refers to three sons and one daughter Mrs L. C. Kennedy surviving him. 1
