Rebecca's mother, Annie Tweedly, notified the registrar of her daughter's birth on 29 April 1895.

Rebecca died, aged about 10 months, in 1896.

  Medical Notes:

R. T. C. Robertson MD certified the cause of death.

John Tweedley, Rebecca's father, who was present where his daughter's death occurred, informed the registrar at Hamilton, W. J. T. Rae, of her death, on 6 March 1896. 3
