James next married Marioun LIVINGSTON, daughter of Alexander LIVINGSTON 5th Lord Livingston of Callendar and Agnes DOUGLAS, 30 October 1558(contract).2 (Marioun LIVINGSTON was born about 1530 and died 13 February 1577(1578) in Inaltrie, Deskford, Banffshire, Scotland 2.)

"He (James Ogilvy) married .... secondly (contract 30 October 1558), Marioun, sister-german of William, sixth Lord Livingston. She died s. p. at Inaultrie 13 February 1577; will dated 4 February."
