Elizabeth married Sir George LESLIE of Balquhain, son of Sir Andrew DE LESLIE 6th of that Ilk and Mary ABERNETHY co-heiress.1 (Sir George LESLIE of Balquhain was born about 1319, died in 1351 1 and was buried in Churchyard of Logydurno, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.)

Note: The estate ithat included Inverugie seems to have come into the Keith family by the marriage of John, son of Sir Edward de Keith, to a daughter of the Le Chen family.
If Sir George Leslie did died by 1351, his son's mother, Elizabeth, must have been born in the 1330s at latest, that is, she was of the same generation as John Keith 'of Inverugie'. Elizabeth could then have been John's sister, rather than his daughter, but no proof of that is evident. 1
