(Draft) Bond by William Mackintosh [McIntosh] of that ilk, Captain of Clanchattan, to Mrs Christian Mackintosh, relict of David Dunbar of Dunphail and only sister of deceased Lachlan Mackintosh of that ilk, in liferent, and Lachlan Dunbar of Dunphail, her only son and the heirs of his body whom failing, to the said Christian's heirs whatsoever of her body in fee for 3000 merks, 1000 merks of which had been advanced by Mrs Anna Duff, relict of said Lachlan Mackintosh, under reversion in case of failure of heirs of the bodies of the said Lachlan Dunbar and the said Christian to the said William Mackintosh and his heirs male."

Obligation by William Mackintosh [McIntosh] of that Ilk to Mrs. Anna Duff, Lady Mackintosh [McIntosh], widow of Lachlan Mackintosh [McIntosh] of that Ilk, that he will pay to Mrs. Christian Mackintosh [McIntosh], only sister of the said Lachlan, and widow of David Dunbar of Dumphail [Dunphail], and Lachlan Dunbar of Dumphail, her only son, the sum of 3000 merks for augmenting her liferent provision yearly by the interest thereof; and of this sum Lady Mackintosh [McIntosh] gives 1000 merks; dated at Moyhall, 12th January 1732: also Renunciation and Assignation by the said Christian Mackintosh [McIntosh] of her rights as executor to her said deceased brother, in favor of William Mackintosh [McIntosh] of that Ilk, 1732 and 1734."
