(Draft) Bond by William Mackintosh [McIntosh] of that ilk, Captain of Clanchattan, to Mrs Christian Mackintosh, relict of David Dunbar of Dunphail and only sister of deceased Lachlan Mackintosh of that ilk, in liferent, and Lachlan Dunbar of Dunphail, her only son and the heirs of his body whom failing, to the said Christian's heirs whatsoever of her body in fee for 3000 merks, 1000 merks of which had been advanced by Mrs Anna Duff, relict of said Lachlan Mackintosh, under reversion in case of failure of heirs of the bodies of the said Lachlan Dunbar and the said Christian to the said William Mackintosh and his heirs male."
