Susan was deceased in 1861 according to the marriage certificate of her son John.

In the death certificate of James Feely of 1873 he was recorded as having been the widower of Susan Keenan before his marriage to Sarah Farrel. ^{2 5}

Susan married James FEELY, son of John FEELY and Rosa KINNIGHAN, on 10 January 1833 in Shankill RC parish, County Armagh, Ireland.¹ (James FEELY was born in 1815 in Ireland ^{2 6} and died 1 July 1873 at 2.00 am in Brocketsbrae, Lesmahagow, Lanarkshire, Scotland ².). The cause of his death was enteric fever over 2 months.
