   Cause of her death was typhus (?) over 2 days.

   Other names for Rose were McKENDRIE, Rose W. and VALLELY, Rose.

  General Notes:

The 1861 census recorded Rose Vallely living with her husband and four children in Shotts parish Lanarkshire. Rose was recorded as 50 years of age, eight years older than her husband, and had been born in Ireland.

In her death certificate of 1867 Rose was recorded as 'Rose Vallely married to John Vallely iron companies labourer'. Her recorded age at death was 56 years. Both of her parents were deceased.

John Vallely, the deceased's son, who was present where his father's death occurred, gave notice of his father's death before William Arthur, registrar, at Whitburn on 19 June 1867.

Rose married John VALLELY, son of Hugh VALLELY and Biddy HUGHES, in Carrickfergus, County Antrim, Ireland. (John VALLELY was born about 1815 in Belfast, County Antrim, Ireland ^{2 3} and died on 20 November 1880 ³.)
