Frances Lynch was recorded by the 1881 census for Blantyre living 'off Hamilton Road'. She was 56 years old and had been born in Ireland. She lived with her husband, her son and daughter, and a granddaughter, Elizabeth Russell.

In her death certificate of 1896, Frances Quin was recorded as 'married to Bernard Lynch CoalMiner'. She was also recorded as 60 years of age at death. Both of her parents were deceased. 2


Frances married Bernard LYNCH, son of Bernard LYNCH and Mary QUINN. (Bernard LYNCH was born about 1827 in Ireland 2 7 and died 18 October 1899 at 2.30 pm in 40 Forrest Place, Blantyre, Lanarkshire, Scotland.)
