He marr. 24th Sept. 1782, Lady Anne (died at Huntly, 7th June 1810, aged 69, s. p.), second daugh. of Cosmo George, third Duke of Gordon, and Lady Catherine Gordon, only daugh. of William, second Earl of Aberdeen.
