Walter married Euphemia FRASER, daughter of Hugh FRASER elder, 1st of Lovat and Jane CALDER, in 1408.¹ (Euphemia FRASER was born about 1369.)

"Euphemia (Fraser), called also Agnes, married to Lachlan Macintosh, the Captain of Clanchattan. After his death in 1407 she married Sir Walter Innes of that Ilk, and had issue."

"Euphemia (Fraser), who married Sir Walter Innes of Innes. At page 14, Family of Innes, it is said that 'Sir Walter was married to Euphame Fraser, daughter of Hugh of Fraser, who was first Lord Lovat, which woman had been formerly wife to the Captain of Clan Chattan or Laird of Mackintosh,' who would have been her cousin."
