"(Katherine Mackenzie) died in May 1593, and two years later Lovat married Jean Stewart, daughter of James, Lord Doune, the 'Bonnie Earl of Moray.' She brought him a tocher of 20,000 Scots. Both the King and Queen were present at the wedding. The second Lady Lovat died in 1622 ... "
