TWO ELIZABETHS?
Two daughters of the 1st Earl of Lennox are named as Elizabeth in volume 5 of Scots Peerage, the eldest and the youngest. It may be that in practice they were called by another version of Elizabeth, and their name has been rendered as the same name in Latin.
Elizabeth married Archibald CAMPBELL 2nd Earl of Argyll, son of Colin CAMPBELL 2nd Lord Campbell, 1st Earl of Argyll and Isabel STEWART.1 2 (Archibald CAMPBELL 2nd Earl of Argyll was born about 1462 and died on 9 September 1513 in Battle of Flodden Field, Northumberland, England 2.)
