  Marriage Notes:

"(3) Katherine (Gordon) ; married John Abercrombie, advocate. On September 26, 1633, her brother, James, granted her and her sister, Anna, £10,000 (Scots ?), payable on their attaining the age of 16. On August 17, 1644, she raised an action against her nephew (James Gordon 5th of Lesmoir), the second baronet, and got her £5000 (Abd. Sheriff Court Records)."
