General Notes: "James Gordon, IV. of Lesmoir and first Baronet, succeeded. He was served heir, April 10, 1610, to James Gordon, his great-grandfather, and to Alexander Gordon, his father, in the lands of Glesshouse, Balmade, Gorauchie, Craigheid, Morleis, etc. (Retours ; Abd. Sheriff Court Records, ii., 61)." James married Rebecca KEITH, daughter of Andrew KEITH of Ravenscraig and Marjory DOUGLAS, probably in 1589.1 (Rebecca KEITH was born about 1565.) Marriage Notes: "Sir James Gordon married, probably in 1589, Rebecca, daughter of Andrew Keith of Ravenscraig, or Craig of Inverugie.
