Her executors brought an action against his daughter and executor, Lady Balmain, with reference to her share in Sir Alexander's estate in 1719 (Sheriff Court Books of Kincardineshire, ex inform. Alexander next married Helen GRAHAM, daughter of John GRAHAM of Craigie and Rachel BRUCE.1 2 (Helen GRAHAM was born about 1640 and died on 3 March 1720 in Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland 2.)

"Sir Alexander of Glenfarquhar, created a Baronet 20 March 1670, with remainder to the heirs-male of his body ; served heir to his mother, Margaret Hepburn, 2 August 1673 ; was member of Parliament for Kincardineshire in 1678 ; founded four bursaries in King's College, Aberdeen, for boys of the name of Falconer, 7 August 1716, and died 17 March 1717. He married Margaret, daughter of Robert Graeme of Craigie, who died at Edinburgh 3 March 1720, and had issue : Alexander, fourth Lord." (page 247)
