Married, first, Jean (died 7th October, 1651), eldest dau. of William Raye, advocate (1593). Married, second, before 21st June, 1653, Elizabeth Hay, with issue :

1. John, guild burgess of Aberdeen, admitted 30th May, 1679, and succeeded to Cults.

2. Robert, advocate (1648).

3. Alexander, advocate (1680).
