Elizabeth married Robert I 'the Bruce', King of Scots, son of Sir Robert DE BRUS 6th Lord of Annandale, Earl of Carrick jure uxoris and Marjorie 3rd Countess of Carrick, in 1302.1 (Robert I 'the Bruce', King of Scots was born on 11 July 1274 in Writtle, near Chelmsford, England 1 and died on 7 June 1329 in Cardross, Dunbartonshire, Scotland 1.)
