Note:

Marjorie/Marione Cullen was the wife of Alexander Forbes, and mother of at least seven of his children. Her last child was baptised in 1587. The elder Alexander Cullen, Provost of Aberdeen, had a number of children with his wife Elpset Lumsden, during more or less the same time as Marione Cullen. In other words they were contemporaries rather than of two different generations. If Marjorie/Marione was related to him she was more likely his sister than his daughter.
