Agnes married Archibald DOUGLAS 2nd of Glenbervie, son of Sir William DOUGLAS of Braidwood, then of Glenbervie, jure uxoris and Elizabeth AUCHINLECK heiress of Glenbervie.^{1 2} (Archibald DOUGLAS 2nd of Glenbervie was born about 1503 and died on 29 September 1570 ².)

  Marriage Notes:

"Archibald Douglas of Glenbervie. His various lands were in 1538 and also in 1542 erected into a barony, called the barony of Glenbervie. He is said to have been delicate, but lived until 29 September 1570, as appears from his recorded testament. He married first, Agnes Keith, daughter of William, second Earl Marischal, who died before 1548."
