And during the conjunct lifetyme of Jean Abernethie, spouse to James Moir of Stoniewood, and the said Mary Chalmers, after the said Alexr. Moir's decease in case they happen to survive him on Scotoun Thackhetherhill and Dubfoord with the pendicle yrof called silverburn and Caniecroft with their pertinents Lying within the parioch and shereffdome forsaid. Presented by John Maule writer in Aberdeen, - and registrate the 139 and 140 leaves. Wm. Hay, Nottar thereto."
