"Mr. Andrew Graham, styled as son of the then deceased Robert Graham of Morphie, had a charter under the Great Seal for the lands of Easter Kinneff alias Fairnieflett on 30th August 1589, which had been resigned in his favour by Margaret Bisset, daughter and one of the heirs of Walter Bisset of Easter Kinneff, and James Edmonstone of Newton, her husband. (Reg. Great Seal. 1580-1593. No. 1687).
On 29th July 1581, Mr. Andrew Graham, Bishop of Dunblane, and Jane Bisset, his spouse, daughter of the late Walter Bisset of Easter Kinneff, were parties to the marriage contract of Giellis Bisset, sister of the said Jane and daughter of the said Walter, to Mr. William Stirling, Parson of Aberfoyle. "Andrew Graham was Bishop of Dunblane between 1573 × 1575 and 1603. He received license for election after the deprivation of William Chisholm (II) on 3 July 1573, with crown confirmation and mandate for consecration on 17 May 1575. He was granted the temporalities of the bishopric on 28 July 1575. He resigned the see early in 1603, making way for his kinsman George Graham. His episcopate fell in a time when the role of bishops had been reduced to little more than nominal function."
