(1) Margaret, daugh. of Sir John Johnston, Bart., of Caskieben : (2) Jean Irvine, and had issue Elizabeth (marr. James Strachan, min. of Oyne); Mary (marr., cont. 5th July 1670, John Udny of Culterallan and Newtyle); a daugh. (marr. Robert Taylor in Fintray, representative of the family of Taylor of Whitemires)."
