"Sir Andrew, as son and apparent heir of Robert Lundy of Balgony and his spouse Elizabeth Sibbald, received a charter under the great seal of the lands and barony of Balgonie on the 7th March 1483. The charter of these lands followed on the resignation of Sir Andrew's mother Elizabeth Sibbald. Sir Andrew was served as heir in his father's lands in 1501. This included the Barony of Mondynes in Kincardineshire

Sir Andrew was granted the office of Sheriff of Fife from 1497 to 1513, and in 1513 he was granted the office for another five years, but he died sometime before April 1518."

Margaret was married to David Ramsay of Colluthie. During the religious struggles she appears with her servant John Lundie accused of papistry."
