Martin married Margaret BOYLE, daughter of Michael BOYLE and Sarah HANLON, on 28 September 1852 in St Patrick's RC Church, Coatbridge, Lanarkshire, Scotland.1 (Margaret BOYLE was born about 1823 in Ireland 7 8 and died 13 April 1884 at 8.30 pm in 22 McDowall Street, Johnstone, Renfrewshire, Scotland 3 7.). The cause of her death was phtisis over 9 months and haemoptosis over 4 months.3 Marriage Notes: The date and place given in the IGI of 25 July 1852 at Old Monkland, Lanarkshire, Scotland was likely to have been the banns of marriage. |
