On 23 April 1853 Francis Corrigan was a witness at the marriage of James Hagen and Sarah Valleley in St Margaret's RC Chapel, Airdrie.
Sarah Corrigan's son, Francis Corrigan, of 5 Inkerman, in Abbey Landward parish, Paisley, gave notice of his mother's death before the registrar, R. Waterston, at Paisley on 28 June 1877 and made his X mark.
Patrick Corrigan's son, Francis Corrigan, of 5 Inkerman, in Abbey Landward parish, gave notice of his father's death before the registrar, J.F.Smith, at Paisley on 6 July 1878 and made his X mark.
The death certificate of Francis Corrigan in 1881 recorded him as the widower of Mary McGinnes. His recorded age at death was 52 years. He had worked as an iron miner. Both of his parents were deceased. 3 5 6 7

The informant was John Carleton, a son in law of Francis Corrigan who was present where the death occurred. He gave notice before the registrar, Hugh Allison, at Paisley on March 14 1891 3
