  General Notes:

On 10 May 1840 in St Margaret's Airdrie a 'Mary McGurk' was one of the sponsors at the baptism of John Quinn, lawful son of John Quinn and Eleanor Valley [sic]. The other sponsor was Patrick Murphy.

Mary was already dead when her son John died in 1896. ^{2 4}

Mary married James VALLELY in Glebe, son of 'Dungannon: address Glebe' VALLELY and Unknown, on 15 January 1824 in Dungannon parish, County Tyrone, Ireland.¹ (James VALLELY in Glebe was born about 1799 and died after 23 February 1857.)
