Marie married James MOIR 2nd of Stoneywood, MP, Jacobite 1715, son of John MOIR of Carmucks, then of Stoneywood and Jeane SANDILANDS, on 10 July 1683.1 (James MOIR 2nd of Stoneywood, MP, Jacobite 1715 was baptised on 4 September 1659 in Saint Nicholas parish, Aberdeen, Scotland 2 and died on 22 November 1739 3.)
