QUIGLEY, Duncan ¹

   Cause of his death was unknown.

  General Notes:

Duncan died at the age of only 14 months. His father Thomas was recorded as a 'coal miner' on Duncan's death certificate.

Duncan's cousin, Duncan, son of Peter and Margaret Quigley, also died young, at 4 years of age in 1872.

There was no medical attendance.

Thomas Quigley, Duncan's father, made his X mark before William Bell, registrar, on 26 February 1867 at Galston.
