QUIGLEY, Elizabeth ¹

   Cause of her death was cardiovascular degeneration.

   Another name for Elizabeth was NIMBLEY, Elizabeth.

  General Notes:

In the 1891 census Elizabeth was recorded aged 18 years, unmarried as yet, and was employed as a spool winder. She lived with her brothers, her parents, and her brother's two small children in Galston.

When Elizabeth died in 1960 her age was recorded as 86 years. She was the 'widow of James Nimbley builder's labourer'. Both of her parents were dead. ⁵

James Strachan, Elizabeth's son in law, who was present, gave notice of her death before Margaret C. Smith, registrar, at Galston on 20 April 1960

Elizabeth married James NIMBLEY in 1893 in Galston, Ayrshire, Scotland. (James NIMBLEY was born about 1870 and died before 19 April 1960.)
