"Agnes, contracted on 15 August 1381, when quite young, to marry John Livingstone of Callendar, as his second wife. He was killed at Homildon in 1402, and she married, secondly, John Gordon of that Ilk, whom she also survived. She was alive in 1422, but may have died in that year."

Agnes next married John GORDON 13th of that Ilk, son of Sir Adam GORDON 12th of that Ilk, 'Lord of Gordon' and Elizabeth KEITH 'lady of Aboyne', after 14 September 1402.1 (John GORDON 13th of that Ilk was born about 1381 and died Before 7 March 1407(1408) 2.)

"He (John Gordon) married Agnes, daughter of James Douglas, Lord of Dalkeith, relict of Sir John Livingston of Callendar, who was killed at Homildon. John Gordon died before 7 March 1407-8, without issue, and was succeeded by his sister."
