  General Notes:

The informant of Michael's birth was his father Robert who had been present where the birth occurred. He gave notice before Andrew Baird, registrar, at Coatdyke on 20 July 1859 and made his X mark.

When Michael died in 1898 his age was recorded as 38 years. He was the widower of Rebecca Kinnie. Both of his parents were already deceased. The information recorded on his death certificate was provided by his brother in law George McGill.

Michael married Rebecca KINNIE. (Rebecca KINNIE was born about 1860 and died before 1898.)
