Patrick was the informant of the birth of his daughter in 1915. He was recorded as being a coal miner then.

Patrick was recorded as a coal miner in the 1986 death certificate of his daughter Elizabeth. 1 3


Patrick married Catherine BOYLEN, daughter of Patrick BOYLAN and Catherine KANE, on 1 Jun 1906 in RC Church, Craigneuk, Lanarkshire, Scotland.1 2 (Catherine BOYLEN was born about 1887.)


  Marriage Notes:

The marriage was celebrated after banns according to the rites and forms of the Roman Catholic Church. The priest was George W. Ritchie, RCC. The witnesses were Patrick Boylan (sic), and Kate Windsor.

Patrick Quigley was a 20 year old man who worked as a coal miner. He was unmarried and lived at 76 Bartonhale Row, Waterloo, Wishaw. His mother was deceased.

Catherine Boylen was 19 years old and unmarried. She lived at Annfield Place Wishaw. No occupation was noted for her.

The marriage was registered at Dalziel on 5 June 1906, George T. Sneddon. 2
