Cause of her death was chronic bronchitis and cardiac asthenia over 3 months.3 Another name for Annie was QUIGLEY, Annie.2 3 General Notes: Annie Quigley was recorded by the 1881 census living at number 6 Braid Street, Glasgow. With her lived her husband and two children, and her mother and sister. Annie was recorded as 34 years old and born in Ireland. Medical Notes: J. S. Montgomery, physician and surgeon, certified the cause of death. Annie married Patrick QUIGLEY, son of John QUIGLEY and Margaret McGARVEY, on 9 June 1873 in St Mungo's RC Chapel, Glasgow, Scotland.1 (Patrick QUIGLEY was born in Ireland 2 3, baptised on 16 June 1843 in Long Tower RC Parish, County Derry, Ireland 5 and died 20 June 1904 at 7.50 pm in Western Infirmary, Glasgow, Scotland 3.). The cause of his death was pernicious anaemia.3 Marriage Notes: The marriage was solemnised according to the rites and forms of the Roman Catholic Church. The priest was Father Anthony Carroll. The witnesses were Bernard McLaughlin and Hannah McCairnie. |
