No birth certificate in Scotland has been found as yet for Maggie Feely.

When her family were recorded in the 1861 census for Dalziel parish in Scotland, taken on April 6 1861, Maggie was not included in the family entry. A journey to the US and her subsequent birth must therefore have taken place after 6 April 1861. No entry for the family has been found as yet in the 1871 census for Scotland.
