  General Notes:

Marey Quigley was recorded by the 1841 census living with her mother and her family in Back Street Kilmarnock. Her mother was now living with, possibly married to, John McCann, and had two children by him. Marey's father's whereabouts are as yet unknown. He was probably dead. Marey was in the 15-19 years age group and had been born in Ayrshire. 2
