Another name for James was TWEEDLY, James.3 General Notes: James Tweedly, a house painter by occupation, was recorded by the 1881 census living with his father and stepmother, and a stepbrother and stepsister, at 13 Bishop Street in the Barony parish of Glasgow. He was unmarried and aged 22 years. Glasgow was his birthplace. 2 3 James married Matilda TAYLOR in 1882 in Kelvin, Glasgow, Scotland. (Matilda TAYLOR was born about 1855 and died 14 February 1916 at 4.20 am in Eastern District Hospital, Glasgow, Scotland 4.). The cause of her death was valvular disease of the heart. |
