Isobel married Sir Alexander FORBES 3rd of Pitsligo, son of William FORBES younger of Pitsligo and Mariota OGILVY.1 2 (Sir Alexander FORBES 3rd of Pitsligo was born about 1464 and died about 1496.)

  Marriage Notes:

"Alexander (Forbes), on 29 April 1477, was served heir to his grandfather in the barony of Pitsligo. He married Isobel (or Elizabeth) Wemyss, of what family is not certain8, who survived him, and in 1501 was the wife of Thomas Blair. She was alive 16 August 1524, when she granted a tack of her terce lands to her 'lovit carnale sone,' John Forbes of Pitsligo, for £40 yearly, payable to her at Dysart in Fife. By her he had issue"

from Scots Peerage (vol 4)

"III. Alexander (Forbes), who married Isabel, daughter of Sir Patrick Wemyss (who subsequently married Thomas Blair), by whom he had a son John, and four daughters, who married respectively, Calder of Asloun, Williarn Woodman of Fenzies, William White of Aberdour, and William Lawson of Dysart. He died about 1496 and was succeeded by his son, IV. John"

from House of Forbes

Note:

If
House of Forbes is referring to Patrick Wemyss of Pittencrieff, then the chronology does not support him being Isabel's father, but is possibly compatible with him being a brother.

That her son was named John, and she was named Isabel or Elizabeth would favour that too, as Patrick's parents were John Wemyss and Elizabeth Dischington. Note 8 of
The Scots Peerage above makes that very point:

"8 Acta Dom. Conc., xiv. 136. According to Lumsden, she was a daughter of Patrick Wemyss of Rires, but there was no person of that style ; a Patrick Wemyss of Pittencrieff appears later. It is possible that the lady was the daughter of John Wemyss of Pittencrieff and Elizabeth Dishington, who married about 1466. Cf. Fraser's Family of Wemyss, i. 61." 1 2

Isobel next married Thomas BLAIR.3 (Thomas BLAIR was born about 1460.)

  Marriage Notes:

" .... Isabel, daughter of Sir Patrick Wernyss (who subsequently married Thomas Blair)"
