He marr .... (2) cont. 6th April 1626, Christian, daugh. of John Bruce of Airth, and had issue Alexander of Kinudie; Thomas first of Braelangwell, min. of Dipple and Essil ; William; Margaret, Anna."

Christian next married John INNES 4th of Edingight, son of Thomas INNES younger, 3rd of Edingight and Janet INNES, in June 1637.2 (John INNES 4th of Edingight was born about 1613 and died in April 1674 2.)

"John Innes was now (in 1637) only just of age, and he married Christian Bruce, the widow of Thomas Urquhart of Kinowdy. We have no record of this lady's age, but she must have been considerably older than the bridegroom as she had a son and daughter by her first marriage"
