Agnes married John FLEMING 2nd Lord Fleming, Chamberlain of Scotland, son of Malcolm FLEMING and Euphemia LIVINGSTON.1 (John FLEMING 2nd Lord Fleming, Chamberlain of Scotland was born about 1470 and died on 1 November 1524 1.). The cause of his death was assassination by John Tweedie of Drumelzier while hawking.

"Lord Fleming married, thirdly, Agnes, daughter of Sir John Somerville of Cambusnethan, who, as his relict, had a charter under the Great Seal on 18 December 1526. She married, secondly, before 29 January 1529-30, George, fourth Earl of Rothes."

Agnes next married George LESLIE 4th Earl of Rothes, Sheriff of Fife, son of William LESLIE 3rd Earl of Rothes and Unknown, by 29 January 1529 (1530).1 2 (George LESLIE 4th Earl of Rothes, Sheriff of Fife was born about 1492 and died on 28 November 1558 in Dieppe, France 2.)

"He (George Leslie) married, thirdly, Agnes Somerville, daughter of Sir John Somerville of Cambusnethan, widow of John, second Lord Flemming, predecessor
of the Earls of Wigton. Agnes Somerville, relict of the deceased John, Lord Flemming, got a charter of the lands of Carsehaur, in Menteith, 17th December 1526; and George, Earl of Rothes, and Agnes Somerville his spouse, got a charter of the lands of Cairny, 29th January 1530, so that the marriage must have taken place between 1526 and 1530... By this marriage the Earl of Rothes had issue"
