':Complaint by Archibald Falcouner in Easter Alves, and Jeane Dumbar, his spouse, that William Dumbar of Hemprigis, as principal, and Patrick Dunbar of Conzie and Alexander Dumbar if Kilboyaik, remain unrelaxed from a horning of 22nd August last for not redeeming from the complainers the lands of Struteris by paying them [L]1000 of expenses conform to the contract between them. - Persuers appearing by Archibald Douglas, decree as above against the defenders.'
