Decree. Rents, &C. Mr. David Andersone, heretor of the lands of Finzeach and Abircattie and Alexr. Stewart, burgess of Abd., his Tutor 'by reason of his furiositie' v. Patrick Calder, sometime in Abircatie, then in Aslown. Among the items for which decree passed against Calder was 27 merks for the 'careadge of his ferine extending to tuentie sex bollis to Abirdein.' Expenses 4O/-."
